Now that you have used it to activate office on a computer you cannot transfer the license to another computer. You are stuck with it. You probably bought Office Home and Student which is the only version of Office that does not include Outlook.
If that is the case you will have to buy a license for Outlook. You have the option of buying it standalone or in Office Home and Business. If you do the math you will find that the total price will be about the same. I suggest going with Home and Business. If if does manage to get to Powerpoint installation and ask for the product key the same thing happens, or the product cannot be activated online for use.
I have redownloaded at least 30 times, and have uninstalled the same. I have used the varies product keys with the various installations of the products and still nothing. Calling for help through Digital River is useless, and it seems the microsoft website is the same. Then I found "Microsoft Answers", and maybe I can get some help.
