Ds wrestling game

Yes, they're that bad. The sound on the other hand is alright. You have a nice average background beat, you've got your basic sound effects and overall, all of the game's sounds are average for the Nintendo DS. I would go more into detail but there isn't much to say besides they could be a bit better but so could this entire game had the developers put more effort into it.

There aren't many wrestlers to choose from but there are a lot of combinations of wrestlers and match types to make it all fun to replay.

Then there is the season mode which can be gone through with everybody to add a lot of replay time. This isn't a game where you would find yourself playing for hours a day for months, but maybe about 20 minutes every few days for a month. It will get repetitive after a while without a break though. There is no online play, so outside of the single player mode there isn't that much to keep yourself busy with. Smackdown vs Raw is a decent time killer that gets a lot of undeserved hate.

I enjoyed this much more than I did with the PS2 version. The original gameplay and decent controls make it a great time killer, but it all seems like little effort was put into making this. There could be a lot more such as online play, more modes and better graphics that would make this game a lot better, but there isn't so you'll have to make do. My final recommendation is if you are a fan of wrestling games and want something different from normal Smackdown vs Raw games, you have a solid time killer in this one.
