I am attempting to uninstall MS Office from a system and on every attempt I get a system reboot. I read up on some material that suggested making some Registry changes, like changing the name of Office to Office. I recently uninstalled Office from some machines and it requested a reboot when it finished. Seems normal enough to me, as it probably has to remove some in use files. Does the machine reboot after uninstall is complete or does the system reboot in the middle of the uninstall?
NetAdminWorld is an IT service provider. During the install process before it completes the system reboots. The first time it did this I saw a "critical error" message, but so briefly before the reboot I couldn't read what it said.
